Had my new plan for 2 months now. Have been abroad and wanted to access the ID Mobile App. It asked if I activated new SIM and I click yes by mistake. I used the old SIM for my new plan. 1 hoir later my phone has ‘No Service’. Please advise.
Hello @Anh123 ,
Unfortunately, we can't reverse this step. If you've since activated a replacement SIM/new SIM in the app, this will stop the service being provided to the current SIM.
The only way to resolve this is by using the new active SIM (which I'm assuming is in the UK) or we can issue a replacement SIM If you don't have the SIM anymore. This will be sent to your UK address and we can activate this for you upon your return to the UK.
Let us know if you need us to get one sent out!
