i have had a problem for a very long time through COVID where my sim card has been deactivated for some unknown reason and I was still being made to pay the bill. The number is REMOVED. This has been an issue since the 06th May 2020. Can you please help me with this? Would I be able to compensate or get any incentives for the payments i have made with a sim card not working?Â
