Adding a new phone to online account

I have given notice to end my sim only contract. and I have bought a new phone with ID still the provider . How do I add a new number to the account ?

Hi @Graham Cousins

You cannot add a number to existing account as ID Mobile does not support this feature. You would need to register brand new account with brand new email in order to use mobile app with your new number.

Here is a topic with the same question. I believe that ID Mobile is working on adding this possibility in the future.
