Question

App not working

I tried going on my app today on 13/11/18 @04:18 but tells me oops we couldn't process that action I tried via fingerprint password and pin all got the same message I use the app daily too keep up to date with it all but yet won't let me now I checked my play store to see if there was an update but no avail I use a galaxy s8 running the latest software available to it right now so basically want to know why it's not working

Are you still experiencing problems @Hswarrior87?

If you're using the app daily it sounds safe to assume you're keeping the app up to date as well as your iOS or Android software too we'd imagine. If not, please update both Android/ iOS to the latest version and double check you have the latest version of the app from within the Google Play Store or iTunes.

Let us know how you're getting on and by all means include a screenshot of the error message you're getting if possible and that may help us help you sooner.
