App registration not working

I have tried to register for the ID app but I am not receiving the varification code to my mobile, nothing is happening?

Make sure that the information you have input is correct and matches the information you provided when you placed your order. Please also make sure that you are receiving coverage for the text to come through

If the above doesn't help then I would suggest contacting iD mobile over the phone so that they can get this sorted.
