Can I add a new sim only plan to my existing account online?

You can only have one number for each account on iD.
If you have an account not linked to a number already and you're wanting to subscribe to a plan using a previous account then you'll probably have to contact a customer service rep to see if this is possible.

I'd contact live chat tomorrow, you can access it via contact us > live chat at the bottom of the page.

Hey @dcb1806,

As @Adzdalton has mentioned, at this time you can only access one iD Mobile account per log in, so you would need to create a new account for the second SIM card.
