Can't access my account to report a lost phone

Hi,

I have lost my phone and need to cancel the previous SIM and get a replacement.
LIVE chat is permanently down - no contact there.

The only other possibility is to report via my ID mobile account - which I cannot access because
- my ID Mobile details are on my phone
- the forgotten password links send you an access code to your phone.

HOW am I supposed to report my phone lost?!

Hi Owain,

Usually we would advise you to call us from another phone, however please can you send us an email  so we can get this sorted for you?

Please include your iD Community username full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth so we can get started.
