can't get access to account on website or on the app
In order to pinpoint the issue and see if we can find solutions I need you to elaborate a bit more.
* Are you trying to register an account or login?
* Is it because forgotten password or username?
* Are you getting any kind of error when trying to register/login?

There is a technical issue with ID Website and app. Development team is working on it to get it back to work. ID Mobile should post an update very soon.
Why can't I access my account,I keep being pushed from pillar to post.1st you don t recognise my Email Address ,then it's my password,and now your asking for user name,dont even know what a user name is.I wish I could cancel this contract,had no trouble with O.2,but as I signed a 2 year contract,I am stuffed.Regards Carol Snowdon.
