Can't log in to website

Hi, got a text the other day saying I'd reached my data allowance. Went to check through the website, but was unable to log in. Username and password entered, but just sat there doing nothing. Can anyone help? TIA

Are you still having troubles with this since yesterday?

Have you previously registered your ID account and been able to log-in in the past? Are you getting a particular error message?

Hi, It's still doing nothing. I think I have accessed it in the past as I've recorded the username and password. I've even tried to reset my password, but again, it does nothing

If it is through our webpage, please make sure your browser is up-to-date or even try it from a different browser to see if you can gain access.
