Registered and activated account but can’t login

Using app says username doesn’t exist even though I have email saying it was activated

Hi @canningm,

Did you potentially mistype the username? Although the email address is used as the username if spelt incorrectly it can cause this issue. If you try to use this form to recover your username, it should help you log in.
