yes issue is still there , I have an online account ,me using it for more than a 3 yrs.the bundles is activated on my online account i can see the min and data I have to use.but still can’t make calls.
I have restarted my phone but the issues is still there can’t make a call.and I have checked my bank the money is taken from my bank.
I have mail to complaint@idmobile.co.uk
