I have an ID Mobile payg SIM which I didn’t used for long time. It had reception but needed to be topped up. I have bought a bundle and it still doesn’t work. It says “You are currently unable to make calls because you have reached your cap limit…”. There is a video on the website how to change cap limit but the layout is changed since then and that option is not available to me. Also, could be due to being payg SIM.
I can receive calls, but can’t make any calls or use date. What is wrong? Please, advise. Thanks
