can't register on app or website, new customer

Hi am new to ID since Feb this year.

New number and everything.

I get texts from ID to this phone, new phone, new number, never had my previous sim card in it.

I have been with carphone warehouse prior to ID with o2 on a different number but completly new to ID.

PROBLEM: It does not recognise any details I am entering on the app or website when trying to register an account. I am entering the correct number, my date of birth and my last name. I have tried entering my old new number, my first name, I've tried logging in and asking for password/username reset. Nothing is letting me in.

 

And right now I need to because I need my phone statement breakdown to supply to work to get reimbursed for work calls from home 

 

PLEASE HELP!
