Like many others, I can't register for an account of the app. I've entered all of the details in correctly however it keeps saying that some of the details I have entered are incorrect (they're not). I can't find the option for live chat for assistance anywhere despiteĀ it being within the opening hours. Seriously annoyed at what should be a simple process! Help please ID Mobile!!

Weāre sorry to hear that! We usually find that it could be due to a misspelt name or an incorrect digit in your date of birth. Once corrected, it should work fine. If you can refresh the page for our Live Chat Team found here, the chat will be available once an agent is available too.
