Can't register with correct details !!!

Trying to register I'd account and system doesn't recognise my email address as correct which it most certainly is !!!!!

Please help

Hi @Justine Reynolds,

Have you ensured that the rest of the information submitted is correct? When it asks you for your iD Mobile number, please ensure that it is the phone number that came with your contract.
