Can’t set up my ID mobile account

I have entered the phone number, surname and date of birth. Tried all different combinations but it will not let me register. Please help

I'm sorry to see this! Have you ensured that you have entered the original iD mobile phone number and not the one that you're wanting to keep, if you're moving from a different network that is?
