Cannot reset password because SIM needs to be activated

ive been stuck inm this endless loop for 8 months, you still take my money and i get nothing in return, no service, no acount, live chat NEVER works!

this is dusgusting and outragous.


is there ANY email i can contact or SOMETHIGN .... i cannot phone because guess what? my sim needs to be activated. but cant use live chat unless u have an account..... cant RESET PASSWORD UNLESS UR NUMBER IS WORKING

It's unfortunate to hear about the trouble you have faced with getting everything set up. Our Live Chat team in this instance should be able to help because although you may not have an online account set up, you would still have an overall iD account in place in which we would use to help.
