Cannot set up an account online

hello I cannot seem to get an account set up online I have changed banks and need to update direct debit but when I try to register online get stuck on the date of birth - will not allow me to submit ?

I know it may sound like a bit of a silly one, but double check you're typing your DOB in the correct format; 21/01/1990 or 01/21/1990, 21/01/90 or 01/21/90 etc.
If that doesn't work it may be worth trying to chat to someone on Live Chat, I've found that they're really helpful!
