Cant log into my id mobile account to cancel my monthly plan. Please help.

You'll need to register the new number with it’s own iD Mobile account.
You can’t use the same email username for log-in purposes either so you’ll need to use a different one.

if you’ve got Gmail, then you can put a full stop in the email and it’ll work.

E.g if your email was tamkoops1234567891@gmail.com then you can register as tamkoops.1234567891@gmail.com and this will work.

You can do this via your Mobile browser such as Google Chrome/Safari.
Log out of any accounts you’re already logged into via the website (not the app) then head to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount
