Cant log into my id mobile account to cancel my monthly plan. Please help.

Hello @Tamkoops,

You'll need to register the new number with it’s own iD Mobile account.

You can’t use the same email username for log-in purposes either so you’ll need to use a different one.


if you’ve got Gmail, then you can put a full stop in the email and it’ll work.


E.g if your email was then you can register as and this will work.




How do I do so. Cas on my other phone I can’t change it
