Hi there I dont have my ID mobile phone and I need to  pay a late payment which is overdue on my account. I cant register for online account as I dont have the phone. How can I pay

You can make payments using our automated telephone service by calling 0333 003 7777.

I'm having the same issue. I use my ID sim card in my car for online access and Satnav traffic update. 

I don't have an ID mobile to recieve varification codes to. I can't call them on the number above due to Covid. 

How can I create an account?
