I’d like to change my mobile number please. Not transfer from another provider, just change. I will accept the charge. Thank you

Please I need to change my number I can’t speak to anyone direct I’m happy to pay the charge

Hi there,

Just tried 7777 and its sent me back to here and the chatbot cannot help on the Live Chat Service.

My new phone/ iD to iD upgrade arrived today, but before I use it and set it up - I would like a new phone number allocated please.

It is for safety reasons, but I do not have a crime reference number - I realise this incurs a £25 charge to my new bill and am happy for this.

How do I proceed please?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @Yob

Are you being harassed, if so, have you reported the matter to the police and been given a Crime Reference Number?

-or-

Are you just looking to pay £25 to have your number changed?

Hi @Reevo8080

Welcome to iD Community

A Number Change carries a charge of £25.00.

If you have a Crime Reference number and changing numbers due to this, we can waive the charge.

Let us know which method you want to go with.

Hope this helps

Thanks,

Pearl
