My daughter is now 18 and wants to take over her phone contract which is in my name how can we do this as we cant speak to anyone?

Unfortunately iD Mobile does not support change of ownership at this moment. I have answered very similar question here in a little bit more details. I have provided there a little workaround which I hope would be sufficient solution for you.
