When I signed up, I set my Title as mrs (it’s in my mums name as it is through her direct debit) but her title has been changed to Mr and I do not know how to change it.

Hi @Jackamo6200,

Is your mother able to contact us here directly so we can help with changing the title on the account? We will also need your mother to provide us with proof of this change so we can verify the details to have this changed over.
