Change to a sim only plan.

I am nearing the end of my contract and I got an email today advertising a sim only contract that I want to switch to. When I go to the 'change plan' option on the app though, it doesn't offer me any sim only plans.

How do I change my plan to the one advertised in the email that ID sent me?

Welcome to iD Community.

Do you mean you want to upgrade to a SIM only at the end of the contract?

All you need to do is go to your upgrade page and select ‘all upgrades’ at the top on the upgrade page, then select ‘Filter’ and ‘1 month’ to see all SIM only deals.
