Hello, I am now logged in from my computer. However, when I try with my mobile, I can't log in. Either the following message appears: ''The CRSF token is invalid. Please try to resubmit the form.'' Or when it does accept my password, after I press 'enter to submit', it just goes back to the start as if I'd not entered any information... I'm at a loss especially since all my other apps and my internet are working, just not on this site... Any idea?
Actually, just tried the same thing again and this time it's accepted me, so I'm now logged in on my mobile too. No idea why, but it's working 🙂

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced a few issues there; I'm unsure as to why these came about but I'm glad that it's all sorted now!
If you have any issues in the future, please try a different browser to see if this makes a difference, or you can download our dedicated iD Mobile app from your phones app store.
