Daughters lost phone

Need to personally speak to someone about daughters lost phone.  I pay for both mine and hers but she did not register online and can’t remember passwords etc.  Thanks

I am sorry to hear about her phone! To quickly block it, you can call our automated line on 0333 003 7777 from a landline or other mobile (Charges may vary) and choose option 5. You can also chat to our Live Chat Team here to report it lost and to obtain a new SIM card. Be sure to enter her number when asked during the call.
