Different phone no between ID account online and phone

Just moved to ID and ported my O2 number. I installed the app on the phone and had to use tempID number to register and request porting. I also set up a web account based on e-mail id.

Porting has completed and the web account shows my ported number but the app on phone (iOS) shows the temp number. Checking my phone details in iOS settings shows the ported number also (it did show temp prior to port).

Do I need to do something to change the number in the app or will it catch up eventually?

Hi PaulP

The same number should show on the iD app as well as at my.idmobile.co.uk.

If you've recently completed a number change it's likely that the number will update correctly in the app soon.

If not, simply try signing out of the app or reinstalling it to confirm the number is as expected.
