Downloading the app with an S6 samsung edge phone

It says 'This app is incompatible with all of your devices.'
How can I download the id mobile app? My S6 edge is only a few years old and downloads all other apps. Is this a glitch?

Hi @cambeluk,

Our App requires the Android version of the device to be 4.4 or above; which version is your phone currently running?
