I have successfully registered the first sim with my email account and I am porting the existing number.
But now can't register the second sim with my email address as it's already in use. :-(
Is there a problem with the account registration page currently. I'd like to get this sim set up for my phone too.

We just need each account to be registered with it's own email address.
If you use a different email address to register the second account, it should work fine.
So you'll effectively need to manage each account separately.
