Dual Sims - Account Registration

I've just received 2 new sims for my dual sim phone.

I have successfully registered the first sim with my email account and I am porting the existing number.

But now can't register the second sim with my email address as it's already in use. :-(

Is there a problem with the account registration page currently. I'd like to get this sim set up for my phone too.

There's no problem here @wrighar, 🙂

We just need each account to be registered with it's own email address.

If you use a different email address to register the second account, it should work fine.

So you'll effectively need to manage each account separately.

Hmmm,

That assumes you have more than 1 email account... That's not customer friendly.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this @wrighar.
In this situation, we find some customers will set up a second email address specifically to be used with their second iD account.
Unfortunately, we would be unable to offer an alternative solution to this problem.
