I bought an early upgrade and my new phone has arrived… am I waiting for another sim? If so when will it arrive?

If you were an existing customer, and you already had an iD Mobile SIM. You should be fine to just continue on with the SIM you already have.
It would only be when you’ve been physically sent a new SIM that you’d potentially have the option to switch over to a new SIM.
If you’re having any trouble though, or if you do need a replacement SIM. Then please let us know by reply here.
