Email already used

Back in 2018 I was using iD mobile services for which I had created account using my email id. The services were discontinued in 2018. Now I have a different sim from iD and now I want to use the same emailid.

When I try to access forgot password, it says “ Your iD plan ended more than 6 months ago, so your online account has now been closed. If you need help, please call our customer services team on 0333 003 7777. ”.

Hi @avv2,

I would advise using a different email address to register your new account as your email address has been used for the account which has been closed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
