I can’t find the end my plan option when I got to my account then to my plan it just says change my plan and thinking of leaving. Please help as I’m still being charge and I haven’t been using my text calls or data

I would like to end my plan. I have done everything the website /app says.. Can you end my plan as I will not pay for extra charges. I have asked for help before today. The website just redirects you to the same thing everytime. Being with id for 1 month has been very very frustrating. So please can you send me a link so I can end this sim contract. Thank you

What plan type are you on? If you are on a SIM-only plan, you can choose the End My Plan option within the “Thinking of leaving” option you just mentioned. 
If you had a phone contract from us, you will need to request a disconnection through our Live Chat Team here.
