Samsung J6 phone. Suddenly getting error message above. Samsung say it’s an ID mobile issue. Why is it happening? What should I do?

Would you potentially be able to try the SIM in another phone at all, just to see if you’re able to make calls there?
The number you’re trying to call isn’t a premium number or something is it? As you would be prevented from calling chargeable numbers if you’ve either hit your spending cap -or- you have set a cap at £0 on your account.
