I got a new phone at the beginning of lockdown, went to activate my sim and put my old number in the phone. I couldn’t do that because I've forgotten my ID Mobile password, so I haven’t been able to contact ID so I've been paying for 4 months and not being able to use my number or anything I've been paying for! I thought that maybe after lockdown lifted I would be able to contact someone at ID again but haven’t been able to.
Can someone help me get back into my ID account, Thanks.
