Forgotten my password and can no longer access my account

I tried logging into my I'D account but the password is wrong ,

So I clicked on the forgotten password option but wheb I fill out all the details it says the information is wrong,

Is there any other way I can get my account back ,

I don't know what to do as I just moved to I'D mobile at the beginning of March 2020

Hi Eva, 

 

Have you tried making sure your username is correct? if not, try forgot username to make sure your username is correct and you’re regisered.

Are you the individual that signed up for the account instore or online? For the information to match up correctly it needs to be that of the account holder
