Forgotten Password. Security Code not received.

Received my new ‘phone.  SIM not activated yet (4 hours to go before 24 hours up).  Thought I’d register it while waiting but forgot password  for the website.  Requested new password and was told a security code would be sent - presumably by text message.  Nothing received so requested it again.  Still nothing received on either old or new ‘phone.  7777 does not work - both ‘phones display as message “’Phone not registered on network”.  What’s happening?

Hi @Angie1 

Have you just done an upgrade?  If so, do you still have your old SIM as things should still be active on that one (unless you have activated the new SIM yourself using the iD Mobile App).

Codes to reset your password would be texted to the active SIM on your account.  In this case, possibly your old one.

Why iD Mobile?
