hi, the chat functionality doesn't work. i tried 2 browsers and my phone, all with cookies enabled
 

I am trying to reach you to ask if i can freeze my account for 3 months

I have also tried to message you on facebook. as I have been unable to. I will go ahead and block the payments on my bank.

We are sorry to hear that you can’t get through to our Live Chat Team. Did the feature pop up or did it just say they were busy?

In regards to freezing your account, please can you explain further about why you need this to happen so we can see if something can be done?
