Hi there
If you haven’t already, please could you register your iD Mobile account here: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount
Make sure to enter the iD Mobile number we gave you with the SIM when doing so.
Once logged in there, you’ll be able to provide your PAC (code) and number in there. From there it should only take 1-2 days to port the number over.
Make sure the PAC is definitely in-date from your old network too.
