Help logging in/registering to an account

I brought my phone with ID last year around November. I didn’t make an account with ID mobile or register to the app then and there. However, I would like to make one now as I need to top up on my contract this month but cannot access this, as every time I try to login or register it notifies me my surname and number is wrong. Where do I receive help for this?

Do you have a pay monthly SIM, or is this a Pay As You Go one?

Is the account in your own name?
