How do I check porting progress if any?

I am a new iD customer, when I put in my old numer, the one I wish to retain, and my PAC code, I get a message telling me that I have entered a wrong PAC code or mobile number.  How do i get around this? Or is it porting and that is why I cannot action the porting request?

Generally speaking.  The best way to get a number port in motion would be to register your iD Mobile account on our website (here).  Making sure you use the mobile number we have given you with your iD Mobile SIM when doing so.

Then, once registered and logged in you can provide your PAC and number you are looking to bring over within your account settings there.

That would forego the need for needing your transaction number or anything alongside any brand new order.

Number ports on average take only 1 working day to complete.
