How do I get help from ID

My mobile app does not work properly, when I log into the website it does not work properly either. I can log in but other than that it does not work. The live chat is supposed to be open but I can’t find a working link to it. When I phone they tell me to use live chat.

 

How do you get help from ID when you need to speak to someone please?

Hello Will, please can you assist me? I’m trying to cancel my contract. I haven’t received the SIM so don’t have a number. It’s been a nightmare using the live chat. Please I need help as the 14 days ends today.
