I recently signed up for a SIM only monthly contract through Carphone Warehouse. I think the guy who served me must have misheard me when I told him my date of birth, because my date of birth on iD mobile is 10 years older than I actually am. I was only able to register my iD account because I guessed that was what happened. I can't find any way of correcting this error.

I don't believe you can change with an app or your account setting. I would rather recommend contacting ID Mobile directly using this page
