I ordered a new SIM for my wife (in addition to the one I already use and am happy with). I registered it to her email address when I created the 'myidmobile' account, but the profile has my name and d.o.b. stored since these were used to place the order in the first place and there seems no way of changing this? Can you please help?

Was this ordered in your name or hers?
If this was ordered in your name, the account would be in your name as the credit check was run with your details.
For this reason, you wouldn't be able to change the date of birth on the account.
We don't support change of ownership on iD Mobile accounts.
