How to get a separate account with the same email address

I have a fire alarm auto dialler machine which has its mobile sim card and a separate account phone number registered with ID mobile in addition to my ‘usual’ account phone number which I can access online using that ‘usual’ account telephone number.

My problem is that I cannot see my autodialler account online as it will not let me use the same email address as my normal number to access it.

I need to set up a Direct Debit mandate to pay for the fire alarm autodialler service but cannot do so.

Any ideas?

Hello @James Colville,

You’ll need to pop the SIM first into the phone and register for a new iD account.

You’ll need to use a different email address for log-in purposes but can change the contact email in the account once done.

Each account uses individual log-ins currently.

 

We’ve already fedback re: multiple account management issues and it’s something still being explored.
