How to get my security code

I am locked out of my account and need to set up a new password the problem is a code is sent to my device but I need to take the SIM card out and put into an alternative device I’m 64 and struggle with the timing as the code is only available for a very short time I’m finding the process so difficult can anyone help

Hi @Bellag,

The method mentioned is the quickest way to obtain your code I’m afraid, the codes expire soon after being generated so they need to be used as soon as possible. You can ask our Live Chat Team for help with getting a code, they can give it to you over the chat once you have requested it from your end. Here is the link to chat to them. If they aren’t available right away, we would advise trying again in a short while.
