i have lost my id mobile sim cant access anything to cancel account

I have lost my I'd mobile sim /phone number cannot login in/register in idmobile app because I need to enter this to go any further ..I have been charged each month for long time now over 6 months please help I need to cancel this account the call centres are still closed do not tell me to call that again

Please click on how to cancel , it has everything you need to cancel your account

You can always contact our Live Chat team who are able to look into your account  for you

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

Once you land on this page, scroll down to see the Live Chat section. 

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient.

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available.
