Hi Izabella, do you need to block your sim? or are you just trying to log into your online account?
On iD’s website it says you can still block your sim by using the automated phone service and select option 5 from the options to block your sim.

Sorry to hear you have lost your SIM and are having difficulties.
Are you the individual that signed up for the account instore or online? For the information to match up correctly it needs to be that of the account holder.
