I need help in logging in and I am behind on my payment Due to cancel my direct debit as I hadn’t had my SIM card delivered till today after 3 months wasn’t  able to reach you guys due to unforeseen situations we are all in anyhow i would like to carry on as I was very much impressed with excellent customer service skills during these unwanted situations so I can pay on Monday

What issue is it specifically that you’re experiencing? Is there an error message that displays at all?

I’m asked to pay 45£ soon as I have not paid the last 3 months only paid once, for that reason Id have temporarily Blocked my account

Thanks for clarifying that.

 

You can dial 0333 003 7777 and enter the iD Number, then select Option 2 and Option 2 again to make a payment.

Hello @Tjarral1981,

You are liable for line rental on the contract whilst the service is active even if it’s not used.

If it’s not required, we recommend cancelling this.

 

If you don’t pay for the bills you are liable for, we may forward this to a Debt Collection Agency and your credit file may be impacted.
