Hi 

my pac code has expired and there is no way online to request a new one

Hi @Shameur,

From your iD Mobile phone, you can text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999). We'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days.

Will this work even if my contract has come to an end as I currently have no service?

Hi @Shameur 

Have you previously requested a disconnection and have since been disconnected?

 

If the number has been cut off at your request -or- if 3 month’s of bills went unpaid back to back.  Then in that case you would have been disconnected, and unfortunately we’d be no longer able to retrieve the old number in that case.
