I am able to access it on my Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 model as I got it autofilled on Google Chrome but I am upgrading on the 3rd November 2018 and POSSIBLY won't have a way to access My iD. How do I get this sorted?? I can remember the username for My iD but can't remember my password.

That’s odd.

There are 2 options you can use.

Forgotten username 

Forgotten password

 

Use the forgotten username first and then enter the code sent to you to retrieve this.

Then the forgotten password to reset the password.

Codes are texted to the iD Mobile number.

 

Please, can you clarify what issues you’re facing after trying this?
